The ASC Archive File Viewer (AFV) allows you to browse and access archived files stored in our secure cloud storage. You can view file metadata, search for specific files, and request restoration for archived content when needed.

Getting Started

  1. Select a storage bucket - When you enter the file viewer, you'll first need to choose which storage bucket to access.
  2. Navigate folders - Click on folders to explore their contents. Use the breadcrumb navigation to track your location.
  3. Search for files - Use the search box to filter files by name in the current folder.
  4. Request file restoration - Select files and click "Request Restoration" to start the retrieval process. Our team will handle your request.

How long does file restoration typically take?
Restoration times vary depending on the storage type. Your request will be processed by our team, and you'll be notified when your files are available.
Can I download the files directly?
Currently, the Archive File Viewer is primarily for browsing and requesting restoration. Once files are restored, you'll be provided with download instructions.
